How to get this look:
Pump up lashes top and bottom with 2 coats of prep and prime mascaraThen add one heavy winter coat of Plushlash mascara in Plushblack.Add the #7 lashes and cut into fine pieces and place on the top lashes!The skin was primed with Prep + Prime Skin and polished with a sheer coat of Moistureblend Foundation(NC42, NC43 and NW45 ) that is highlighted with Moisturelush Eye Cream and contoured Matte Bronzer!Shadows were pumped up with Creme de Violet used as a liner/shadow under eye while Saddle and Black Tied shadows frames the eye!
The lippie was Mellow Mood layered with Major Minor lipglass. Both these lippies hail from the Electro Flash collection. Now I need to make a trip to MAC to get Mellow Mood.

It's pretty but I'm noticing that in the latest pics of ladies wearing MAC, they all look ashy when a flash is used. Also, their face is lighter than their neck. Why or what kind of MAC foundation are they using (Tech, Fix Fluid, etc.)?

Mostly likely the ladys that u are viewing are using Studio fix powder or the studio fix fluid. They both cast a whitish (ashy) cast once the flash hits the face.
